Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.

As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior developers, and contributing to the development of our technical architecture.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.
  2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Mentor and guide junior developers in the development of SharePoint solutions.
  4. Contribute to the development of our technical architecture and ensure that it is aligned with our business goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in systems programming and development, preferably in a comparable industry.
  • Experience in SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD).
  • Experience in software systems design and maintenance.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity and experience working in Agile projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Azure DevOps/GIT experience.
  • Ability to work independently, run multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Online development, including SharePoint REST APIs and MS Graph API.
  • Experience with SharePoint PnP (Patterns and Practices) and SharePoint SPFx Solutions (webparts and application customizers).
