About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Advisor to join our team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As a key member of our Learning and Organizational Development team, you will play a critical role in executing our strategy in talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement interventions to support talent management, including training, individual and team assessments, coaching, teambuilding, and performance development.
  • Design and deliver learning technology interventions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address organizational effectiveness and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to build bench strength and meet current and future needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's or PhD preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in talent development or a related field, with experience in program management, instructional design, and learning technology implementation a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex organizational challenges.
What We Offer

In recognition of your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,720 - $126,880 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
