About the RoleAs a Senior Attorney - Business Development, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a pre-existing book of business in alignment with our firm's strategic goals. You will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of law, excluding plaintiff-focused and DUI matters.
Responsibilities- Manage and expand a pre-existing book of business in alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of law, excluding plaintiff-focused and DUI matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to address complex legal issues and provide comprehensive client solutions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the relevant state.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law.
- Established book of business with a proven track record of client retention.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- No experience as a plaintiff lawyer or DUI lawyer.
- Base Salary $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
- Stipend for bar and/or moving expenses.
