Marketing Operations Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Delivery:
- Lead client projects to assess, optimize, and implement marketing technology solutions.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps for marketing technology transformations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Business Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
- Contribute to thought leadership by creating content, conducting research, and presenting insights on marketing technology trends.
- Expertise and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bynder, Workfront) and industry trends.
- Design and implement solutions that enhance marketing operations, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, marketing operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Strong expertise in marketing technology platforms, digital asset management, and workflow optimization tools (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience developing and mentoring teams.
- PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
The annual base salary ranges from $135,000 to $185,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
