We are seeking a seasoned Health Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Onspire Health Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making and foster a data-driven culture within our organization.

About the Role:

This role involves conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing market data, and managing projects to enhance data and IT capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with hospital and healthcare clients to gather and interpret state data, track market metrics, and support data capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing data strategies for Onspire and clients to increase efficiency and accuracy in data collection and analytics.
  • Evaluating platforms to identify opportunities for insights and automation to streamline data processes.
  • Securely analyzing market data, including inpatient and outpatient statistics and competitor metrics, to guide marketing plans and growth initiatives.
  • Introducing new tools and technology to enhance data analysis and accessibility across the organization.
  • Conducting primary research with consumers and stakeholders to assess brand awareness, preferences, and consumer behavior.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of experience in Healthcare preferred
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets with strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of financial, operational, and market data; experience with tools like Tableau and Qualtrics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and the broader digital marketing landscape
