Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lifespan. As a key member of our primary care team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, illness management, and preventative care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited advanced nurse practitioner program.
  • Current licensure as an ARNP in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Two years of related experience, with prior experience in urgent care or emergency department settings preferred.
