Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker, MSW to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment goals and plans
  • Document all pertinent information and complete necessary reporting
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff
  • Perform discharge planning and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
  • No experience required
