Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation and Compliance: Properly document all aspects of the new account opening process, including pre-filling new account custodial paperwork and investment management agreements, confirming accurate completion of client documents, and reviewing account setup for accuracy.
  • Client Interaction: Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Orchestrate team development, documentation, and maintenance of firm processes and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Client Service arena, preferably within financial services.
  • A high degree of accuracy, detail orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is between $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
