Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with fellow managers to synchronize production efforts across various departments.
- Gather, assess, and interpret production metrics to drive improvements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes, materials, or equipment and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and enforce protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to create and manage departmental budgets.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of five years in a supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and policies.
- In-depth understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and cost management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
