About the Role

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapies Site Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of therapists in delivering exceptional care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, addressing real-time issues, and collaborating with the site leadership team to ensure outstanding experiences for team members, parents, and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developmental therapists, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and music therapists
  • Oversee daily operations, including managing performance issues, addressing staff and patient cancellations, and optimizing room assignments
  • Collaborate with the site leadership team to ensure seamless integration and collaboration of our delivery model
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical quality and outcomes
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Manage time-off requests and work closely with scheduling to maximize coverage needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree or doctorate in a related field
  • Licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, music therapist, or physical therapist in the State of California
  • 3 years of experience as a clinician, with a strong desire to continue growing leadership skills
  • Experience leading teams in a clinical setting and managing DT programs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including internal communication, team collaboration, and goal setting
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience working with pediatric populations
