What We Stand For
We believe that the hospitality industry deserves superior technology.

The global hotel market, valued at over $500 billion, faces numerous challenges, including pressure from online travel agencies and competition from an expanding inventory and shared economy.

At Revinate, we leverage advanced technology to develop powerful software that helps hotels regain control and drive direct revenue.

Our solutions are designed with simplicity and an exceptional user experience in mind, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional systems.

Role Overview

Your extensive experience in high-volume, real-time data processing systems and cloud-native infrastructure will be crucial in both directing and executing our technical strategy.

A primary responsibility will be to design resilient applications capable of withstanding infrastructure failures while leveraging the benefits of ephemeral resources, all while maintaining a strong security posture.

You will also evaluate when to implement serverless architecture versus traditional microservices, based on the specific requirements of each application and their security implications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, focusing on consolidating and optimizing our technology stack while prioritizing resilience, scalability, and security.

Establish architectural principles and standards that enhance scalability, maintainability, reusability, performance, and robust security across our real-time data processing systems and applications.

Assess and recommend emerging technologies, particularly in real-time data processing, cloud-native architectures, and serverless computing, to ensure our systems remain innovative and resilient.

Engage in architectural design reviews and technical discussions, ensuring security considerations are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.

Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices within engineering teams.

Lead by example, contributing to code reviews, design sessions, and resolving complex technical challenges related to resilience, scalability, and performance.

Design core components of our real-time data processing systems, utilizing your expertise in building fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure solutions.

Mentor engineers on resilient software design, focusing on fault tolerance, scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement around resilience engineering practices.
Collaborate with product management to understand the evolving needs of our real-time data systems and applications.

Work closely with Engineering and DevOps to ensure smooth deployments, monitoring, and scalability of our infrastructure and applications, focusing on self-healing systems and automated recovery processes.

Effectively communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of resilience and security in our systems.
