Core Responsibilities:
Assist the Value Chain Integration Team in TRAINING and project execution for the North American Business Unit.
Key Duties:
- Design and manage the training schedule.
- Develop, maintain, and finalize training templates for various training formats [e.g., one-pagers, eLearning, MS Teams, in-person sessions, etc.].
- Utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles to create training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate training requirements for the North American Business Unit.
- Ensure the content is consistent, accurate, and of high quality.
- Organize and maintain documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with technical and manufacturing professionals to gain insights into products, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation regarding usage and safety.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, balancing expectations and empathy within the diverse culture of Sumitomo.
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant training experience [Required]
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Exceptional writing and proofreading abilities alongside strong communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering [Preferred]
