We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Lead in our Outpatient setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans in accordance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Make daily clinical assignments based on staff availability and practice needs.
- Assess the clinical competence of teammates and provide feedback to the manager.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of clinical supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses or issues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
- Implement the identified plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe environment.
- Outpatient experience is highly preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
- BSN preferred.
- Certification in Nursing Specialty Preferred.
- BLS required per policy guidelines.
Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Must speak and understand English in good understandable terms. Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, touch. Finger dexterity. Critical thinking and ability to concentrate. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit/department conditions.
