Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team of field nurses in providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric clients in Mecklenburg and Union counties.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of field nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and inspire others to provide exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.
  • Conduct supervisory and assessment visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BAYADA standards.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and training to ensure a smooth transition for new nurses.
  • Coordinate and deliver in-services for field staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience as an RN is required.
  • 1+ years of Home Health experience is required.
  • Oasis experience is highly preferred.
  • Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
