Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital media campaigns to promote the Advocacy Program and its initiatives.
  • Create high-quality digital content, including social media posts, videos, and graphics, to engage our audience.
  • Collaborate with the Advocacy team to ensure that all digital content aligns with our goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement a communication platform for coaches, judges, and teams.
  • Manage and maintain the Advocacy Program's databases to ensure data accuracy, availability, and security.
  • Participate in strategic planning and implementation of programs designed to further the Advocacy Program's mission.
  • Work with the Vice President, Advocacy and the Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement to engage alumni of the Advocacy Program.
  • Work with the Vice President, Advocacy and the Marketing Department to market the Advocacy Program.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Vice President, Advocacy on a regular basis.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Law Schools Customer Service Standards.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word.
  • Deep knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategy.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or other content creation software.
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software.
  • Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience in digital media or a related field.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and alumni.

The physical demands of this job include sitting, talking, and hearing, with occasional light to moderate lifting and bending. The work environment is non-smoking and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
