About the Role

As a Digital Account Manager at Randstad USA, you will drive new business growth through direct client engagement, strategic territory planning, and leveraging industry expertise to optimize client relationships and ensure successful service delivery.

Job Description

This role requires a deep understanding of technology's impact on business transformation, strong sales experience, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and building lasting relationships with clients in the utilities, oil, and gas industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to position Randstad Digital for maximum growth potential
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners
  • Collaborate with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of selling technical products and/or professional sales experience with a proven history of success
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts
  • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A history of outperformance
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
