Support Care Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Encourage independence by supporting individuals in developing living skills such as meal preparation, household chores, and money management.
- Help individuals achieve their personal goals by providing guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.
**Requirements:**
- American Sign Language Certification REQUIRED
- Medication Administration Certification Category I REQUIRED
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in direct care or support roles (preferred but not required)
**Compensation:** $18.50 per hour + benefits package
