Job Description: Language Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Specialist to join our team at the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to support language development and literacy skills.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in speech-language pathology, be able to analyze complex data, and develop effective intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze student language samples and develop data-driven intervention plans
  • Provide consultation services to teachers on language-related instructional strategies
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support student learning

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Certification or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with students with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Salary: Estimated $70,000 - $90,000 per year
