About the Role

As a Toys MBA Intern, you'll be part of our Consumer Products team, building core memories for fans of all ages and stages. You'll experience the entire process from start to finish across our beloved WBD franchises, developing creative builds, curating retail landscapes, and pitching new products and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop newsletters for the Toys team, showcasing creative builds and staying up-to-date on the industry
  • Curate retail landscape analyses and present/pitch to relevant teams
  • Learn and assist in pitching new products, programs, and retail initiatives
  • Identify white space opportunities in existing and potential sub-categories for growth within our P&L
  • Track competitive studio activities to stay on top of the latest trends and programs
Requirements
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Currently enrolled in a U.S.-accredited college or university MBA degree program for the full duration of the internship
  • Must be a 1st-year MBA student
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)

Program Details

The duration of the program is 10-12 weeks, depending on your availability. You'll work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity. Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required, but we'll provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.

The recruiting process will take place from November through February. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we're unable to give individual status updates.

In compliance with local law, we're disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $45 per hour USD for MBA Interns.
