Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in the state bar association.
  • In-depth understanding of litigation processes and protocols.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting thorough case evaluations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of commercial litigation and personal injury law.
  • Negotiation expertise for resolving legal conflicts.
