Job Summary

Huntington Hospital Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Partner to join our team. As a Clinical Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, working closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Participate in patient education and support, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Perform basic life support and other medical procedures as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification required.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
