About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Partner to join our team at Huntington Hospital Inc. As a Clinical Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, supervised by a Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in patient education and support to promote health and wellness.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment for patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
  • Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with use of medical terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in OB equivalent, Couplet Care, preferred.
  • Prior one year experience in acute behavioral health setting, preferred.

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $30.10 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience. *12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12.
