About the Role

Huntington Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Partner to join our team. As a Clinical Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, as determined by the patient's plan of care and supervised by a Registered Nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, as needed.
  • Participate in patient education and support, as directed by the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
  • One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting (Current CNA may be substituted for the one year experience requirement).
  • Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with use of medical terminology.
  • Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EMT certification.
  • Experience in OB equivalent, Couplet Care, preferred.
  • Prior one year experience in acute behavioral health setting, preferred.
