Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our printing machinery and maintaining the high standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measures, centers, aligns, and positions screens to ensure optimal operation.
  • Inspects products for quality, including checking for ink smears, design placement, print clarity, and color accuracy, making necessary adjustments to equipment.
  • Confirms that appropriate supplies are utilized for printing processes.
  • Monitors automatic feeding systems to maximize production output.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance tasks, including daily cleaning and lubrication of machinery.
  • Fosters effective working relationships with team members.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and performs duties in compliance with company safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and make machine adjustments.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or related fields is preferred.
  • Comfortable with frequent use of hand tools and foot pedals.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
