About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pest Control Sales Professional to join our team at Saela. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class pest control services to our customers and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers about our services and tailor your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Work independently to manage your time and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Occasionally attend meetings, training sessions, and restock supplies at our warehouse in Kansas City, MO.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in labor or pest control service is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
