About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Ecolab. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality services to commercial customers in the hospitality industry and other businesses. Your primary goal will be to identify and solve pest problems, ensuring the protection of our customers' brands and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish effective working relationships with customers to understand their pest control needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
• Keep abreast of Ecolab's product/service offerings and industry conditions to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/elimination solutions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of work or military experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds chest high and work in various conditions, including confined spaces, damp and/or dusty locations, freezing conditions, and hot conditions.
• Ability to physically perform the essential duties of the position, including lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, using hands to finger, balancing, walking, standing, talking, and hearing.
• Ability to wear a respirator and pass a drug screen.
• Possess or able to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to country or state/local law.
