Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth hotel operation. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and hotel operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
