Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new account acquisition and managing growth and expansion within existing customers.

You will work closely with our Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of technology products and solutions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a disciplined sales pipeline with a strong focus on the Value Selling Framework
  • Source and develop new business opportunities based on assigned territory in North America
  • Articulate and present the eSentire MDR vision and value proposition across a range of audiences
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing with a high degree of professionalism and quality
  • Work with cross-functional teams internally to ensure campaign success and growth of lead generation
  • Partner with Customer Success to expand relationships with existing customers with a focus on growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proven record of success in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fortitude to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of work experience in sales, management, key account management or relevant experience
  • Degree / diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or relevant field experience
  • Highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail
