As a Student Success Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the academic success and retention of our students.

Responsibilities:

* Project a positive image to students, staff, and the community, adhering to Tricoci University standards.
* Act as a role model and ensure the consistent implementation of student policies.
* Maintain cooperation and teamwork on campus, promoting a school spirit and customer service.
* Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, utilizing innovative ideas and sound judgment.
* Initiate student advising and expulsion procedures according to policy.
* Prepare management reports and perform administrative functions accurately and timely.

Student Focus:

* Coordinate and execute communication, processes, and document flow to ensure academic records are maintained.
* Manage the student experience, including educational progress, Student Council, and Student Teams.
* Coordinate parent involvement in student education while adhering to FERPA laws.
* Participate in IEP meetings and manage compliance accommodations.
* Participate in new student orientations.
* Document student progress and maintain compliance with Tricoci University policies and procedures.
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of student attendance in the student information system.
* Maintain satisfactory student retention.
* Facilitate job placement programs and promote Facebook Placement initiatives.
* Manage the student exit process, including graduation preparation.
* Advise students on satisfactory attendance and academic progress, initiating counseling and separation procedures as needed.
* Create graduate packs, including official student transcripts.
* Forward written student complaints to the Campus Director.
* Consult and implement student terminations with the Campus Director.
* Facilitate and notify departments of changes in student status.
* Communicate student retention and readmission progress and goals to the Campus Director and Student Success Manager.

Regulatory Compliance:

* Ensure the implementation and adherence of NACCAS, Federal, State, and Tricoci University regulations and procedures.
* Assist with special projects and coverage.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Licensed Cosmetology/Esthetics teacher preferred
* Flexible schedule (day/evening/Saturdays)
* Organizational skills
* Excellent follow-through skills
* Pro-active thinker
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills
