Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you'll create exceptional customer experiences by listening to each customer's needs and offering personalized recommendations. You'll also communicate our brand's sustainability initiatives and social commitments to our customers while sharing your passion for our products. This is a seasonal position lasting 2-5 months.

Key Responsibilities

As an UGG Sales Associate, you'll create personalized shopping experiences for our customers by:
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service through our Service Training Program
  • Prioritizing brand and product knowledge training in customer interactions
  • Communicating effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders
  • Contributing to a team and cooperating to achieve business goals
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Responding to problem situations with professionalism
  • Thinking critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Two years of retail store experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey our Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter
Additional Requirements

You'll also need to be flexible with your schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications is a plus. A valid driver's license is also required.
