Main Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role involve providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Accurately process sales, returns, and special orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Present jewelry to guests, replacing items in stock cases when sales are completed.
  • Repair, polish, or solder jewelry to meet guest needs.
  • Utilize the GUESTS program to interact with guests on the sales floor or phone and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
  • Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information, utilizing in-store tools and training.
  • Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
  • Achieve individual Key Performance Metrics and support Store Management in meeting company standards.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Attend all required meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contributes to a positive team spirit.
  • Previous retail sales or guest service experience is preferred.
