Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring creativity in others?

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Brick Specialist, you'll play a vital role in creating an engaging and interactive store environment that brings joy to our guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a signature experience for every guest who visits our LEGO stores.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and guests.
  • Ability to process information and merchandise through the register system.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
  • Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
