Job Summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team in Annandale, VA. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, following up with prospects, touring the community, processing applications, preparing leases, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and sales of apartments
  • Understanding community amenities, rents, and specials
  • Conducting off-site marketing and preparing marketing plans
  • Screening incoming residents by objective qualification standards
  • Achieving an acceptable leasing closing ratio
  • Maintaining activity reports by recording traffic daily
  • Assisting with resident programs and retention
  • Processing recertifications
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager/Community Manager

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - Spanish/English
  • Prior leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, One-Site Property Management Software, and Internet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
