Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team at Pratum Companies. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, and processing applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease apartment units to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process
  • Conduct tours of the community, highlighting its amenities and features
  • Process applications, prepare leases, and close sales
  • Understand and comply with fair housing regulations and company policies
  • Screen incoming residents by objective qualification standards
  • Achieve an acceptable leasing closing ratio
  • Maintain activity reports by recording traffic daily
  • Assist with resident programs and retention
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager/Community Manager
Requirements
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English
  • Prior leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and One-Site Property Management Software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
