Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at United Career Fairs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales representatives to ensure company quotas and standards are being met.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to handle customer issues and calls that do not result in a sale.
