Audio Specialist Job Description

Job Summary: Iglesiaeastlake is seeking a highly skilled Audio Specialist to join our Production Team in the Creative Arts Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio systems and be able to maintain dependable technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production technology systems
  • Recruit and lead volunteers in audio production
  • Partner with the Production Director and team to manage standards for equipment
  • Provide technical training and support for staff on Audio Production to CCM churches
  • Assist in repairs and upgrades to equipment

Requirements:

  • Associates or Technical degree with certification; or equivalent combination of education and experience (typically 2+ years) preferred
  • Self-starter with strong personal organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot technical equipment within audio systems
  • Experience with broadcast video, production lighting, and projector systems a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Mobile – In and out of office to ensure task completion
  • Able to drive to a church location and movement-wide staff meetings
  • Overtime hours as required by ministry needs
