Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000

Position Overview:
As a key member of the DBIS team, you will utilize Positive Behavior Support (PBS) methodologies to ensure that each individual enjoys a safe, fulfilling, and meaningful existence both at home and within the community. Our collaborative approach promotes environments that adapt to the evolving needs and aspirations of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in launching the program, including the setup of living spaces, recruitment of staff, and development of program frameworks.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of individuals, focusing on nutrition, attire, sleep, and access to medical and social services.
  • Manage individual financial needs.
  • Respond to emergencies through a 24-hour on-call system.
  • Coordinate coverage in the absence of assigned staff.
  • Engage in team meetings, including Individual Support Plan (ISP) reviews and treatment discussions.
  • Contribute actively to the creation of personalized goals, behavior strategies, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular program meetings.
  • Maintain necessary agency certifications.
  • Fulfill additional programmatic duties as directed by the Director of Operations.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities or brain injury populations is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check (CORI).


Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range of $48,620 - $50,620, determined by workload, experience, and education.
  • MAP differential paid bi-weekly and prorated annually.
