A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.

A competitive salary range of $175,825 - $240,640 awaits the chosen candidate, depending on location. This figure is inclusive of a base salary and eligibility for performance bonuses and special project incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement firmware development processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of Firmware Engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Guarantee firmware reliability and performance through rigorous testing.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in firmware design and development for embedded platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading firmware projects and managing teams.
  • Expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware interfaces.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly.
  • Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and hardware debugging tools.
