Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure accurate documentation
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary
  • Learn new skills and earn more money through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
