We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team at Silverado Hospice in Austin. As a leader in end-of-life care, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinical staff, providing patient care, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient and their family.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Silverado's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in health care management, preferably in hospice care.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
