Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Newbridgehealth. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our long-term care facility.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Under the direction of the Director or designee, you will perform basic, routine duties related directly and indirectly to nursing care of patients. This includes taking and recording vital signs, obtaining specimens, weighing patients, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Patient Care Related Duties:
You will also be responsible for keeping patient units and non-patient units clean, preparing bedside units for new admissions, and applying principles of infection control and safety in the work environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a certification or better in Certified Nursing Assistant and at least 1 year of experience as a certified nurse aide in Long Term Care. You will also need to have a Heart Saver certification and a Nursing Attendant certification.
