Job Summary

The Director of Clinical Operations will provide strategic leadership and management to ensure the effective growth and operation of our clinical organization. This role will oversee the development and implementation of clinical operational controls, administrative procedures, and systems to drive efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and coordinate clinical operational controls and procedures to ensure effective delivery of services across multiple clinics.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of new programs, initiatives, and changes to drive growth and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with facilities management to design and build centers according to established parameters.
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement Clinical Operations OKRs to support the organization's vision and goals.
    • Partner with the CMO to ensure clinical goals, growth targets, operating performance, financial metrics, and practice outcomes are met or exceeded.
    • Design and oversee deployment of Clinical Operations departmental structures, operations systems, and practices.
  • Products and Services
    • Partner with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional patient satisfaction, efficiency, quality, and profitable growth.
    • Oversee all aspects of technology implementation for each clinic to enable operational processes.
  • Requirements
    • 5-7 years of experience in a related position in an IVF clinic setting.
    • An advanced degree (MS, MBA, MHA, and/or MPH) or clinical degree (RN/NP/PA) or equivalent manager-level experience is preferred.
    • Broad knowledge of healthcare-specific strategies.
    • Deep knowledge of healthcare, multi-site healthcare operational experience.
