We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for promoting excellence in patient care through the implementation of clinical standards of practice and establishing competency standards for staff members.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), as well as an Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire, and Current certification in area of specialty (i.e., CEN, CCRN) upon hire.

With 3 years of Registered Nursing experience in area of specialty and 2 years of Clinical Leadership responsibility, you will be well-equipped to support clinical rounds with the multi-disciplinary health care team and work closely and collaboratively with physicians to establish collegial relationships that benefit our staff, patients, and community.
