About the Role

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty. The ideal candidate will identify clients' goals for treatment, create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs, and teach clients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess clients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
  • Provide education and training to clients on effective communication techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure and certification in good standing.
  • Experience working with clients with varying levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
