Job Summary

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for refreshing and replenishing guest rooms in the evening hours to enhance the guest experience. This role requires a high level of service and attention to detail to ensure a welcoming ambiance for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
  • Turn down beds and ensure lighting and music create a relaxing atmosphere
  • Replenish towels and amenities according to standard operating procedure
  • Empty trash containers and maintain a clean and organized room
  • Use software to communicate any deficiencies in rooms and hallways
  • Work efficiently to meet daily requirements
  • Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
  • Ability to communicate in English preferred
Work Environment

The Turndown Attendant will work in a shared space with constant noise and without a private office. Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands.

Physical Demands

The incumbent will regularly be required to see, hear, reach, use fingers to handle and feel, stand, stoop, bend, and crouch up to 8 hours on a daily basis. Push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
