Job Summary

The Turndown Attendant is a vital member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are refreshed and prepared for the evening hours. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refresh guest rooms in the evening hours to enhance the guest experience
  • Turn down beds, replenish towels and amenities, and create a welcoming ambiance
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to questions and concerns
  • Maintain the integrity of guest privacy and confidentiality
  • Use software programs to communicate any deficiencies in rooms and hallways
  • Work efficiently to meet daily requirements and deadlines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title
  • Ability to communicate in the English language preferred
Work Environment

The work environment for this role is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent changing priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to cope with these demands while maintaining a high level of professionalism and collaboration.

Physical Demands
