Job Summary:

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for managing the ISCO Fabrication Facility, ensuring that all business operations are productive, efficient, and safe. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team and plant infrastructure to meet Monday-Friday, 50-hour manufacturing operation goals.
  • Directly manage a multi-department plant with 10+ employees in Fabrication, Rental, and Distribution areas, with growth capabilities.
  • Provide hands-on support to employees and all facility needs, leading by example.
  • Collaborate with production planning teams to coordinate activities and address changing business needs.
  • Manage plant expenses and drive a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Oversee and monitor Safety programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Master ISCO's Quality Management System and support high employee engagement.
  • Establish optimal schedules to maximize efficiency and drive operational reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Improve operational processes, develop and challenge team members, and participate in minor recruiting initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development and build future leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a closely related field
  • 5 years' experience leading and managing a manufacturing/warehouse/distribution environment
  • Proficient knowledge and business use of Microsoft Office products
  • Training and onboarding may require travel
