Baler Operator

The Baler Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our baling equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

• Operate and Maintain Baling Equipment: Safely operate and maintain baling equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on baling equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Monitor and Control Inventory: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that materials are properly stored and managed.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator Training: Must have forklift operator training and certification.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, and balance.

The Baler Operator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
