**Job Summary**

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Medical Device Production Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, California. As a Medical Device Production Specialist, you will be responsible for manufacturing medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, and Safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manufacture medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope
  • Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, and Safety requirements
  • Successfully complete training on production tasks
  • Understand travelers/routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope, and use production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds
  • Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required
  • Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Work directly with Engineers/Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality at all times
  • Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation
  • Perform inventory counts and other duties as assigned

  • Working with adhesives (different Loctite)
  • EFD dispensers and UV curing system
