Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Production Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. As a key member of our assembly line, you will be responsible for following cGMP and ISO standards, assembling cartridges and reagent kit components, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines as they apply to manufacturing.
  2. Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components.
  3. Follow manufacturing SOPs.
  4. Organize and maintain floor area and supplies used during work performed.
  5. Work independently and as a part of an assembly line team.
  6. Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment.
  7. Resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
  8. Operate all manufacturing line equipment.
  9. Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete manufacturing work orders in a timely manner.
  10. Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, identify and correct errors, and submit finished documentation for quality release.
  11. Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing.
  12. Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing/production experience is ideal.
  • SOPs/following specific processes.
